Bill Worthen, AIA, LEED AP, Vice President, is selected as the AIA's subject matter expert on sustainability. "With the advent of local green building ordinances, as well as state and national green building codes, design and sustainable design are merging. The profession is in the midst of a sea change in how architecture is practiced. In my new role with the AIA, I look forward to building upon the strong base of AIA knowledge on sustainable design and construction to further develop the tools and resources every architect now needs to lead the integrated design and construction process."
